Rosa 'Melneble': Red Meidiland
Family  Rosaceae
Classification Shrub
Description This colorful rose is ideally suited for spots where its habit of spreading up to 5' or more can be accommodated. Backed by small, dense leaves of glossy dark green, the flowers are vivid red with white eyes and rich yellow stamens. The brightly colored blooms are borne in sprays of seven to fifteen and appear continuously from late spring until frost. In autumn, numerous small round hips appear and provide a special attraction as the orange-red fruit persists alongside bronze winter stems.
